Job Description:

 

  • Effectively manage incoming calls and e-mail from customer
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide information to customers by verifying understanding by request and offeering assistance
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Improve quality results by evaluating processes; recommend changes

Requirements:

 

  • Willing to work on shift, including on public holidays
  • Any Gender, Maximum 25 y.o
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Experiences as Customer Services or Call Center Agent is preferable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Placement in Cideng, Central Jakarta
