  • Monitor member team perfomance and discipline
  • Make sure each member team achieve target
  • Develope team by doing coaching and counseling intensively
  • Create daily report of redelivery and return packages



  • Have a good communication
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): microsoft office, Ms excel (must), Ms outlook, Internet, Ms Word.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Leader
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Call Center/ Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Placement in HO Jakarta (Cideng)
